BLACKBERRY LASSI SPECIAL
Ingredients:
- 8 oz plain yogurt (1 cup)
- 10 oz blackberries (I used frozen)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 3 tbsp honey (or to taste)
Directions:
- Blend up the yogurt, blackberries, lemon juice, cardamom, and honey until combined. You can either strain the seeds out or leave them in. I didn't like them in mine, but my husband liked the texture. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
